Soul Food” is the signature project of Chef Paulo Monteiro, who is passionate about cooking and gastronomy, but also for training and communication.

The Chef, who after several experiences in reference dwellings such as the “Ermitage” Restaurant in 1997, awarded Michelin Star (Vale do Lobo). He developed the art of French cuisine with a fusion of Algarvian products for 3 years.

When new projects arose, his presence was requested for a typical Austrian restaurant named “3 Wonders”, having developed his knowledge at the level of desserts.

In mid-2008, the Catering project emerged, its culinary signature had great success, challenging it to increase its knowledge to serve the needs of its customers.

Chef Paulo Monteiro, around 2012, embraced the Algarve Fine Food project, having been one of the Company’s co-founders. Creating your Soul Food signature menu.

Soul Food Algarve Catering is the project in the hands of Chef Monteiro, whose main values ​​are Focus, Professionalism, Honesty, Creativity and Good Disposition that allow us to meet the expectations and food needs of our customers.

High inspiration and a lot of soul in their food are characteristics that have been loyal to their clients over these 15 years of experience in the Catering area throughout the Algarve, and their know-how is unquestionable.
